Dadaism:


It began in 1916 in zurich, a group Cabarnet Voltaire which were a group of artists. They rebelled against cultural values of the war.
They made structure of everyday objects, textual reading, actors, costumes made of everyday objects as well.

These works shocked the public and they didn't like it. Their works seem absurd and had nothing to do with art, they show stupidity and vanity. The art stood out because it was different, it had to do with a lot of chance because sometimes you will not know how your painting is going to come. They used make fun of the things they didn't like or are stupid for them and doesn't make sense.
